Finding Your Tenant

Furthermore, we believe that personal interaction is crucial in evaluating potential tenants. Therefore, we require all applicants to view the property in person, allowing a member of our team to meet them face-to-face. Money

 

For landlords who prefer more regular payments, we facilitate bi-monthly disbursements. These payments are made on the 15th of each month and at the end of the month, ensuring a consistent flow of income throughout the rental period. This option provides you with the opportunity to manage your finances effectively and meet your own financial obligations without delay.

 

Alternatively, if monthly payments align better with your financial preferences, we offer a single monthly payment at the end of each month. This consolidated payment encompasses the entire rental period, providing a convenient lump sum transfer of funds.
